How we work across time zones

The product, infrastructure and support are run by one team, which is why the person answering your message can usually answer the technical part too. Squarebox Cloud is headquartered in Bengaluru, about four hours' flight from Dubai and one and a half hours ahead of it.

We work with businesses in the UAE, Europe, the UK and the US. Setup runs over WhatsApp and video calls, and meetings are booked in your local time. For agencies in Dubai who'd rather meet in person, ask and we'll arrange it.

Our office has opening hours. The WhatsApp agent you run on Squarebox doesn't, which is rather the point.
